Our Mission Statement
We believe our community is improved when our locally owned small businesses are thriving. Small businesses can’t thrive if their owners are constantly chasing technical issues. SGNS Advisors wants to strengthen our community by helping small businesses focus on what they are in business to do rather than worry about technology.
My name is Shane Mason. I have a degree in Finance and over 20 years of experience helping businesses from 2 person partnerships to Fortune 100 companies use technology to impact their bottom line.
Whether this is cost savings, a better way of doing something or a more strategic approach to the way business is done, I have done it and can probably help you as well.
Schedule an appointment and let's see just what I can do for you. The appointment is free, so there is no risk! SGNS Advisors is insured and I can provide a recent background check upon request.

Does making your customers happy and reducing the strain on your existing systems sound good?
This organization thought it did, too. By designing a system to allow customers in the lobby have Internet access while waiting, this company saw a decrease in complaints from customers waiting to be serviced. What do happy customers do? They typically spend more and refer their friends and family!

How does getting more and spending less sound to you?
That's exactly what we helped this company do. Their network was a bit dated and the rates were going up on the older technology. We negotiated a better discount on both the equipment needed and the telecommunications services, then migrated them to a new network with supported hardware. Net result? A six figure yearly savings with more capacity than they've ever had!
Unfortunately, not all stories have fairytale endings. One multibillion dollar company had a significant Cybersecurity breach. We stood with them through the clean up process by helping them select and vet providers to help with the mitigation.
Net result? They were shut down approximately two weeks rather than for ever.
